- Posizionare correttamente la pi petta della

candela «1», in modoche non si stacchi con

le vibra zioni del motore.

- Rimontare il coperchio d’ispe zione centrale

«5».

Smontaggio filtro aria

La pulizia e il controllo dello stato del filtro

dell’aria devono essere effettuate in base alla

tabella di manutenzione programma ta, a

seconda della cilindrata; ciò dipen derà dalle

condizioni di utilizzo.

Se il veicolo viene usato su strade polve rose o

bagnate, le operazioni di pulizia dovranno

essere eseguite più frequente mente.

Per effettuare la pulizia dell’elemento fil trante è

necessario rimuoverlo dal veico lo.

- Svitare e togliere le nove viti«1».

- Aprire la scatola filtro.

- Sfilare dal coperchio scatola fil tro «2» l’ele-

mento filtrante «3».

- Place the tube of the spark plug«1 » correctly

so that it does notget disconnected due to

enginevibrations.

- Reassemble the central inspec tion cover «5».

Removing the air filter

Clean the air filter and check it is in good con-

ditions following the instructions in the sched-

uled maintenance table and ac cording to the

engine capacity. This will depend on use condi-

tions.

If the vehicle is used in dusty or wet roads,

cleaning operations should be car ried out more

frequently.

Remove the filtering element from the ve hicle

for cleaning.

- Undo and remove the ninescrews «1».

- Open the filter housing.

- Slide off the filtering element«3» from the fil-

ter housing cover«2».

Drehmoment Zündkerze 18 Nm (1,8 Kgm)

Den Zündkerzenstecker «1» richtig aufsetzen,

so dass er sich durch die Mo torvibration nicht

lösen kann.

Den mittleren Inspektionsdeckel «5» wieder

anbringen.

Ausbau luftfilter

Die Reinigung und die Kontrolle des Luftfilters

müssen entsprechend der Angaben aus der

Tabelle für den Wartungsplan zur jeweiligen

Hubraumklasse vorgenommen werden. Die

Häufigkeit hängt auch von den

Einsatzbedingungen ab.

Wird das Fahrzeug auf staubigen oder nassen

Straßen genutzt, muss der Filter häu figer

gereinigt werden.

Das Filterelement muss zur Reinigung aus dem

Fahrzeug ausgebaut werden.

Die neun Schrauben «1» lösen und

abschrauben.

Das Filtergehäuse öffnen.

Das Filterelement «3» aus dem Deckel des

Filtergehäuses «2» herauszie hen.
